It is currently 12.41am and I am sleepy already. Took a look at my
xanga and thought I'd write soMething... better than nothing hehe
Hmmm so what have I been doing lately? After picking up a copy of Harry
Potter (The Philosophers Stone) at the markets, I've been reading that.
Its pretty good I hafta say! Some of the stuff in the movie is indeed
different (giant spiders in the forbidden forest? where were the
centaurs??). Now that I have finished the book.. it just makes me want
to run out and buy all the other Harry Potters because I know I will go
them very quickly! But then I'll reach a dead end once I have read all
5(?) of them .. and I'll hafta wait like everyone else... ohh
nooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 
I am also playing GTA San Andreas atm. I know its old-ish.. but I'd
rather finally finish playing it than start playing Vice City or
Liberty City Stories. I never got around to playing it at Adrians so
the best way is just to play it on PC with my gamepad!! 
I'm getting a lot of enjoyment from running around doing silly things
like Taxi missions and Firetruck missions... rather than playing the
actual storyline haha. Its a good diversion during the times I keep
getting 'Wasted!' on the storyline!

Maybe I will go and play some taxi missions before I sleep....

| I am sitting here waiting while my computer rips my DVDs so I thought
I'd fiNALLY go and fix the photos from my last post (there u go phobs
and wan). I also joined the "I hate AMEB" blogring haha even though it
has really been a few years since I did AMEB. Sometimes I think maybe I
should continue with my 'highly successful' career as a pianist... but
then again.. maybe not. Maybe later.
Tomorrow is Melb Cup Day! I have decided to take part in the office
sweepstakes and I briefly debated over whether I should make a few bets
at TAB (someone at work convinced me last year that I should make at
least ONE bet). Even though I'm sure we would all love to win lots of
money so we can "spend the rest of our lives", I don't think I'm quite
up to expending the money atm. I spent last night and an hour tonight
preparing and lodging my tax return... only to discover that I have to
pay tax!!!!!!!! This is because I was worked a FT job as well as a PT
job for abt 5 months this time last year... hence I am now liable to
pay a higher amount of HECS (despite already being taxed quite heavily
on that second job). *siGh* Don't we just ALL love the Australian tax
system?
